Returns & Replacements

IMPORTANT: All discounted orders are final sale

Merchandise returns for damages, refunds, or exchanges must be made within 15 days of the date of delivery. All sales after the 15 days are FINAL. Unless merchandise is received defective, a $5 restocking fee will be charged for all returned open products or a $5 restocking fee when the package is returned to us for the incomplete shipping address.

You can claim a refund or exchange at Mitchell Brands | Return & Exchange portal.
You will need the order number and email address or zip code to place your claim.

Please follow the steps you will receive to place your claim.
All the notifications (status, amount due, etc) will be sent to your email when your claim is processed.

Shipping costs for any returns and exchanges will not be reimbursed. If there was a shipping error or product damage we will provide a return shipping label. We will not exchange items that have been opened or used.
