The bottle was different but I thought maybe they changed it. But after using it, it’s clear that I probably received a fake product, the lotion is very thick and first I thought it was because of the temperature during transport because its cold. I used it for more than 3weeks straight but no good results and I have a very low sun exposure. It doesn’t blend and still thick even though it’s in room temperature. The only good thing good about it is just the smell.

abd in a week I saw her skin transform to better and brighter skin

I am not satisfied with the Neoprosone because it has changed compared to my previous order. The cream leaves white marks on the skin, which makes it uncomfortable to use.

Not doing much as it relates to brightening and noooo lightening whatsoever. Please understand the difference between brighteners and lightners.... but is moisturizing though. I almost gave it zero stars because the pump is insane. That's why I'm here. The first one broke after 2 days so I had to return/replace it. I've had the replacement for a bit, and it's a little less than half full, but nothing will come out. So, I had to break the pump just to get anything out. It's a mess and I'm over it!! They can do better!!
Bought this product and turned out the worst product I’ve ever bought from my entire shopping experience. So I contacted your customer service and veronica was thé worst agent I’ve ever dealt with. The lotion gave me rashes and was itching so bad so I needed you to resolve this issue. Instead she asked me to pay for return fees and a 25% restocking fees. She had no empathy at all and was keeping repeating herself like she was coping and pasting the script. So I decided to discard all the products I bought and ask you to delete my information from your database. mitchell brand is the worst company with a worst customer service. I wish I could give a 0 star.
I love this cream so much, it smells really fresh, and leaves my skin feeling smooth and velvety.
I will surely recommend it, I am planning to get two more once am through with this one.

This bottle is a good size for the price. Nothing to brag about scent-wise: weird, faint but not bothersome smell. Not moisturizing for my skin which dries out quickly so had to add another lotion. Texture is thick and non-greasy. In terms of effectiveness I would say it is/can be. I have darker skin and so it was slow acting in lightening my skin. But it did have an impact as AI started to see a lighter complexion eventually. It just didn't work immediately or quickly and is definitely not for dark spots.
I would say try if if you have lighter skin that you want to brighten but for darker skin it's more of a try and see kind of thing as you may need to combine it with something else.
This is my favorite body lotion, but I hate that the pump stops working with half of the product left in the bottle. The pump literally just stops working! I had to switch it out with the pump from another lotion. I shouldn't have to do that. The other one doesn't fit perfectly, so I end up having to turn the bottle upside down and shaking it out. It's a fantastic lotion, but I don't know why the pump just stops working like that.
I've been using this for a few days and I just came back to say, OMG!!!! It's working so well, even without adding a gel to it! I'm definitely buying it again
This lotion is nice, I have seen a difference but after 2 weeks the consistency had changed plus the pump stopped working. I have quite alot of product left and can not get it out. I will have to saw the bottle in half.
Loved the feel on my skin and it sure brightens however, noticed the cream seemed frozen with content divided into 2 different consistency…. Had to do a lot of shaking snd maneuvering to mix and loosen frozen sediment…. Too much hassle… but might buy again except i find a better alternative….quite pricey though
The cream works very good, my skin definitely get brighter than it used to be. I have hard time to pump the cream out since the pump doesn’t work well after 2weeks.
